    Dropped by on my vacation. Easy location and very busy on the hot summer day in Yuma. The activity is non-stop and the six baristas are on top of things with a good attitude. They are hopping. The drive-thru has a steady pace but for all the heat (currently 107/109 right now) the foot traffic for pick up had not let up.

    Before leaving town looked up coffee locations in which would be open, so I would know where to go when I arrived. Long trip ahead and knew coffee was going to be the first important stop. I hit directions and was timed to arrive 15-30 minutes before they closed. I drove 3 1/2 hours and was on pace to make it on time before this location closed.

    And guess what!? I arrived 15 minutes before "closing" time and everything was shut down, drive thru lights were off, no response, door locked. Two employees were inside wrapping up.

    Shows location closes at 11pm.. sign on window says 10:30pm.

    This city (Yuma) is a spot where many people stop (unfortunately have to) in between traveling cities.

    I would highly suggest updating your google information so when people are on the road for several hours.. they know what IS and IS NOT open.

    I can't figure out anyone's beef with this location.

    They are always friendly.

    I get exactly what I ordered every time. Granted I don't modify the drinks down to the last drop of flavor,  and I'm pretty easy to please.  

    The store is clean.
    Condiments are stocked.
    Restrooms clean.  
    Window service is prompt and accurate.

    I don't understand the low stars,  I'm pleased with this Starbucks.

    We like coming to this location before going to workout or the cinema. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. They always have what we are looking for in stock (food & beverages). While they do very good at keeping the restrooms stocked & clean, they could improve in cleaning the tables & sweeping/cleaning floors.

    My major concern is the homeless people hanging around inside. Their body odor, language, etc. is offensive. Also they leave their shopping carts, backpacks, etc. around the tables outside. This prevents people from using these tables. Some of them bring food & beverages from other places. They hang out here all day to use the WiFi. Since this is a small location, they should be restricted as to how long they can stay, where they leave their belongings and not be permitted on bringing food & beverage from the other places.

    Took 3 times  to make  a "FLAT WHITE", correctly . !!
    The employees  need to be trained!
